Structured team sessions contribute to a Project Team’s success and therefore a program is developed to optimise team effectiveness within project execution. 

The program consists of 3 phases:

  • Team growth & alignment
  • Team values (trust, communication, integrity)
  • Project strategy
  • Fundamentals of team work (Team charter)
Phase 2: Maintenance
  • On-boarding new team members
  • Revisit team charter
  • Facilitated project execution in a whole brain way.
Phase 3: Review & learning
  • Reflection
  • Learning
  • Benchmarking for future projects
