Fun and games programmes, also known as (Fun) Team Building is regarded as Recreational programmes. These programmes are exactly what they say, experiencing fun for the sake of having fun and recreation. The key word here is FUNN (Functional understanding Not Necessary).
We do not use competition to motivate participation, it could be counter- productive and cause conflict. Participation is framed as “challenge by choice”. This programme is ideal for year start/end functions or to spice up your conference with some energizers.
